Is that they can spread like wildfire, can have no basis in fact, and effectively get recycled so that seeming independent confirmations from different sources are actually regurgitations of the same rumour that can be traced to a single source...

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade here, as I believe we desperately need new hits to breath renewed speculative fire in NOT and some of the other MFL plays.

However, I would be cautious about 'taking anything to the bank', so to speak, until we see it in the tape, which apears to be sticking to the low 3's on relatively low volume, and more importantly actual confirmation by means of an NR or halt.
