This is abosolutely criminal. How is this even possible in today's world with all the restrictions and regulations we and the companies have to abide with?

I am not a savvy investor by no means and not sure who to contact regarding this thievery. Someone reading this would know the process and we should voice our concerns ASAP.

As a business owner, I worked too damn hard for for slimeballs like this to MANIPULATE a prosperous company I support. Knowing the channels to pursue I would fight back.
