A few of us have subscribed to the P1 example. A few others of us lean towards P2. A vast majority of us probably are somewhere in between these two theories. It is all conjecture, and as such, each of us has to decide where we think we are going. This is a spec stock after all.

We all take a bunch of facts as well as some speculation and combine it to come up with what we call due diligence. We use that due diligence to support our investment decisions. Having made those decisions, I am trying to envision a law that should entitle me to reasonable expectations to support them?
