I received a PM today from a NOT poster who is well connected in the north. He's a "fly boy" who sent me this info. :)

"...you can mention that there was a new drill just arrived at Mcfaulds. I personally saw NORONT and WSR written on some of the boxes and the framework for the drill. Also, there is a contract out for tender for 6000, yes 6000 drums of fuel to be delivered to Webequie."

Thought everyone could use a benefit from these observed facts. No need to fuel rumors here. :)
