The Federal and Provincial Governments do have a task force working together on all weather road access to Northern Ontario. I'd expect some news about this later this year or early next.

Deep Water Port on James Bay isn't going to ever happen. This is SHALLOW water. Never heard of anyone floating that suggestion, of course I'm always ready to be corrected.
