Hard to compare one mine to another....FNI has decent grades of nickel and copper, but it is much deeper; therefore, their costs have been high as it is much more difficult to get it out of the ground...it is hoped that by expanding operations and economies of scale that they can reduce their costs....that is pretty much why their share price has taken a beating....their costs last quarter were higher than the nickel price...definately some potential with that one though as I have bought recently around these levels
One thing NOT and FNI do have in common is they are and will be afftected greatly by the price of nickel as NOT's cost will be relatively high due to their remote location...their advantage of course is the higher grade mixed with other high grade elements and the fact that the deposit is shallow
