Yes, having paid for logging roads in Ontario for the past 20 years I'll confirm that the contractor will be happy with $11K for a km of road. Gravel could be a problem but not insurmountable. Remember that Ontario is currently paying 100% of logging road construction so ladies & gents let's take this issue off the table FOREVER.
