Spider just went through this crappy idea and the result was an immediate drop from 10 cents to 6 cents, just on the mere suggestion. I will not try to explain (again) the ins and outs of how bad this is for a stock. Suffice it to say that the market views reverse stock splits as a desperate measure and a dramatic sign of weakness.
