Hmmm...why oh why would someone complain of TOO MANY HALTS??? Could that be a little bit of motive/agenda making its way to the surface?

Who hates halts? Let's see:

1) People who haven't done their DD and are afraid the news will be bad and they will lose money.

and

2) People who need to cover their shorts and get very, very uncomfortable during a halt.
