First , let me say it is a theory...

yesterday someone pointed out we are under 4.00 for a month and 8 million shares had been changing hand..

we are now at 2.35 /share, if some big guy now paying a price of 8.00 /share to the company, most likely a large number of shareholders will let go the shares ..

even RN thinks the price may be cheap but in history our management had no impact on share price even continously we are having good news..( if we object, our share price will go down again)

if the big guy find resistance, he can still increase to 10.00 /shares and it could be a done deal...the big guy has 25% of all staked land in ROF, 2.1 billion resources, Windfall and etc...

the share price had been dropping for another dollar after RN sold his share 2 weeks ago...( RN also needs cash)

the big guy use very little money to push down the share price and make an offer that many cannot resist..( as they are not shorting)
