selling in to the bid

I think i wore my refresh button out on TD, but am truly amazed at the transactions. Almost every seller is selling into the bid.....Is it retail folks selling because they are scared. Doesnt seem like it.

There should really be enforcable mechanisms in place to stop actions like these. its us poor little retail investors who make the big boys richer because they have the power to manipulate.
