Reminds me of Bay Days

No musings today. Just wanted to thank the likes of D12, BK, Sudbury and others who are helping the Notters keep the faith.

I would be remiss to say that I kind of expected this after the NR. Why? Past history shows that every good news release is followed by a drop before the eventual rise.

I picked up some more today at 3.45 and again at 3.35. I have been selling another favorite at a 15% loss in order to do this, but with the price of NOT today, it is to hard to resist this sale.

Reminds me of buying a pair of blue jeans at the Bay. If I need some, I might pay full price. If I go back three months later and see that Bay Days is on and their is a 40% sale, I do not regret buying the other pair, but I pick up two or three more as I know that I will use them in the future.

In this sense I am speculating that the price of Jeans will not fall after the sale in which case I have an inventory of Jeans that I could have bought cheaper later.

But having done DD and looking at past buying trends combined with inflation, I know that 40% days only happen a few times a year.

Today is one of those days with Noront. The SP is taking a beating again on low volume. 500K shares on a 130M float is low volume.

Sprott likely did me a big favor today as he sold his shares at $4 (bad timing considering it was at $7) and believes that this will hit sub $2. And there is a chance it could. Anything is possible when the funds are hitting stop losses and margins are being called in left and right. Combined with a bearish attitude in the market, if demand is low and the shorters are many, then the price will drop.

Are the regulars on here crazy for being positive on days like today? Are we senseless pumpers?

Were we senseless pumpers when the stock fell to .29 cents just under 11 months ago?

Not in a million years? Why? The goods are in the ground and the goods are worth money.

We are not betting on a hope of a find. A new drilling program. We have the finds. We are ramping at Windfall. And we have a plan in place at DE1 with more drilling at DE2. Add in Burnt Hill which will produce and we are back to where we were all along. A known commodity.

Sprott is the king of subscribe to private placements, short and dump, and then cover with the PP shares. Now that there are no PPs shares to be had, I am guessing their inventory is low and they want shares. The cheaper the better. The caller today was probably from someone at their office. Any mention of the 2B? Just some talk about a railroad which would happen in a heartbeat if the other area plays start to hit similar grades. The Government of Ontario needs a good news story in today's economy.

Not counting my shares today, Sprott would have only been able to buy at most 500K shares today at these prices, assuming they were not also the ones shaking out the weaker or margined hands by shorting which nets zero in terms of share accumulation.

All I know is that I owe Erik Sprott a handshake for allowing me to average down quite significantly today. When this rebounds the risk % increase will be greater.

I love sales.

M1.
