NOT is not the only stock trading in the penalty box..... The whole Jr market is now testing it's lows for the 7th time now... This is the capitulation in the market... volume has dried up on the venture exchange and many stocks are trading at their 2year lows in spite of their projects being advanced since that time.



The venture broke through the 2000/ 20050 level back in Jan 2006.... the bottom is now being tested... 2350/ 2450 for the 7th time.... Sharp selloff will pull in the money on the sidelines, watch for the volume to trigger the uptrend... 120 to 150 million shares/ day
