Actually, if I would still be a trader, I would play this news the following way:

1. Put a block 25K shares below 3$ for sale

2. Check for serious buyers within 30 minutes.

3. If there are no strong buyers at this price push the price as low as possible for accumulation.

The question for now does the market and NOT in particular have at least one strong and serious long time buyer to begin the up trend? Answer to this question will define:

1. Will we see anticipated 4$ for the next week

2. Will bashers be panished

3. Interest to NOTs activity restored from the market.
