There are a number of posters here that feel being real in their frame of thought is being honest about the overall future of Noront and as a result the stock price appears to be in the right ballpark as well. I'm tired and I'm impatient, but I'm not stupid. This stock is doing what all early speculative stocks do. Look at Augusta Resources on the TSX. It took a number of years bopping around the 1 - 3 dollar range after the intial jump took place upon discover of copper in the States. The stock now sits between 5 and 6 dollars and has lots of up to go.

Impatience makes people jump off the ship and leave the profit for those who are long standing holders of the stock. Why is this?? Too many want a quick flip. How many times have people been told that Noront is not a quick flip stock. Manipulation makes up most of the up and down movement....but to be honest shorters are as much a part of the upward stock price trend long term as the longs. So for me...I let the shorters give me opporunity to keep loading up. Right now at 2.70 is another blessed chanced to beef up my reserve. I hope the smart people here are doing just that.

Remember even if the shares you originally bought have dropped in value, they will rebound. The question is ...do you have the faith in this company to load up with the price down?? My opinoin is this...buy now as much as you can. This is, in my opinion the support level that will take us back up to the 5 - 7 dollar range again by the fall. Not next week...not next month..but by the fall or early winter. There will be more news coming and it will continue to prove up the reserves, whether they be on Noront's lands or on Fancamps or...... well you get what I'm saying. It doesn't matter who hits here in the ROF. We all gain from it and in the end the mining company will want us all to be doing well.

So my last words are....Long on ROF.....not just NOT. We all want to do well so NOT gets its best offer down the road (I'm talking 2 to 3 years down the road for this to happen). I can't emphasize enough the importance of keeping the faith and letting those who soft bash (and I'm not talking about those who give good opinion that has realisitic reason for the sp to fall) fry with the their words in the long term. Remember also.... if you invest in a company... you are long....and I mean LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Your not in it just to see an increase in the price and then dump your shares. If your doing the the pump and dump thing and this forum sees through it....be assured you will always get the wrath of the investor who is in it to see this company do well over the next 2 to 5 year span. Furthermore there are many here that have held this stock over the previous 5 to 10 years before the hit of 2007 took place. This is what investing is about. Everyone else is just making money and forgetting about the company. I'm tired of seeing bickering where soft bashers keep making out like they are genuinely concerned over the company's fortunes. A good investor sees the entire picture...way beyond todays bad news (which by the way Noront really hasn't had any). Bad news for Noront has been something different from the norm. Our bad news is more like "no" news. It is news that doesn't astound us and drive us to buy more shares but in fact it doesn't send us to the gates to sell our long term holdings either.

Richard has done a great job with this company and he definately has an upbeat....well founded.....based on evidence....strong willed.. team of experts that want nothing but the best for the company and those who "invest" in their dream. The dream has come about and now we get to ride the rollercoaster up and down for a bit longer. That is just what stocks do. I for one am quite prepared to be losing money right now looking long down the road to a company that I believe will become the next Diamond Fields. Don't forget that RN saw Diamond Fields emerge in the 90's. He knows what makes a company succeed. He is doing everything right. He has his team of experts. He has other companies working on the properties. He has proposals for purchases of lands not presently owned by NOT. He has a team of financial experts watching and readying themselves for the onslaught of news that will come from the next blockbuster news release.

What RN doesn't have right now is a market that cares as much as it might have 2 to 3 years ago. That is what is making sustainability of the stock price an issue. But that will not go on forever. Commodities decrease in value but then they burst forward again to the next price plateau. Be patient. Be aware that others are being patient and this forum is here to help those who may have queezy stomachs whien it comes to volatile stock price movements hold their own and learn why they are doing the right thing holding their investment long.

Maybe we do a bit too much cheerleading here. But I know it is helping some. Others may find it unreal, but again...do they know more than anyone else to be so negative on the stock.... so where do we put them on the scale of 1 - 10 with respect to bashing? I think if you know the facts then negative comments are well tolerated. If you are reiterating what SH dimwits puck out then leave and go there. If you don't know what you are doing and your saying things because you want a reaction..then do it differently. This forum is very helpful and filled with very knowledgeable investors (I mean hardened investors and not just NOT investors). Maybe we all need to work at become the best "hardened investor" we can. We'll all do well from learning to cope in the middle of large downturns.
