Sorry I didn't know about the IIROC, 2cents, and to be sure you did not sound like a prick, as you made clear you did not intend to insult anyone (I felt a little bad, though, and really haven't been myself since!), but my guess as to a substantive reason for the halt was a little better than most (I also noted someone else hitting the other, and far more important, substantive reason of the inclusion of NSR).
