So, in my humble opinion, our market cap should be close to 2B dollars or $15 per share...

No you didn't put a timeline on your estimate,you implied that this is the true present value in which you've already included D2,Windfall,land holdings and blue sky,none of which presently can be assigned any value,even in the ballpark sense.I'm as patient as the next guy and I believe in NOT and the ROF.Too many people here are making too many excuses for NOT and the present situation whereas IMO we should all be telling them to quit dragging their Guccis and do something soon to turn this ship around. Too many of you got shares sub $1 and don't understand how much value the rest of us have lost.If you were down 60% on your investment I'm sure you would be singing quite a different tune.This upcoming interview is evidence that the squeaky gear can get the grease.GLTA.
