Good post glorieux and I was with you right up until you jumped from 1.12 billion to 2 billion MC.That's an 880 million dollar jump that you really didn't qualify with anything concrete,AND that's also assuming that 20% in-situ value will be given and that's not written anywhere in stone.Sorry to pee on the happy parade but here you guys go again with your big vision while our portfolios don't reflect the value.JMO!!
