I had problems with my company from mistakes they made so I looked to capitalize on this situation and demanded reparation. I pointed out that, though I don't want the fuss of changing, I can get better rates and treatment elsewhere. They capitulated. There is a lot of competition out there for your money and the advantage it gives them. If you are going to change then you have nothing to loose by throwing your wait around to see what you can ge.... and yes, talk to a supervisor, the others are just mannequins. Just my opinion.
