R.N. states that the 43-101 will be out shortly after having been put on the back burner or lesser priority. This valuation now appears to be of more immediate importance after delays?

NOT starts flashing visuals of Windfall, something other posters thought was going to be a thing of the past.

Are we looking at establishing something in the way of interest or sp valuations for NOT and the new "XYZ" for the awaited split?

I'm curious as to their after hours timing of today's announcement. Why not just leave it until tomorrow pre-market? I have some inklings. We'll see.
