And its steady rise of 30% on rumour/news of drilling soon, PRB should have the same rise as we get closer to its drilling date (1.5 weeks) for the West property.

NOT will prosper as well, sandwiched between both FNC and PRB, even without any news of her own.

All news of other discovery holes will push NOT up (victory) as it makes DE1 more attractive as a mine.
