Apologies are certainly not required here. Nothing wrong with exuberance as long as it is balanced with an equal expression of nuts and bolts reality, which is what I supplied. The #1 rating for NOT is indeed a great thing and is based on solid indicators and fundamentals. The movement of the sp just happens to appear to be independent of these facts at the moment.
