I have to disagree with your last point that if there is news it can't be very good. If they were to release bad news next week, RN would surely be hauled in by the OSC and charged with insider trading. If there will be news next week, it will be good since RN is not going to risk damaging his or the companies reputation by selling a small fraction of his shares, its just not worth it.
