As I understand it, the TSX Regulators are observing NOT with Hawk eyes ,and preventing Richard and Management from releasing any news prematurely regarding assays, potential new anomalies etc. Evidently there can not even be mention of any chromite discovery etc.

We have been waiting months now for the DE2 assay results and other news. I say we have to wait patiently just so long as it is appropriate ,and advantageous to Richard and the Team. in their JV negotiations.

However, I may be naive, but how is it that these " Hawk eyes "at the TSX cannot see, and authorize an immediate stop , to the continued daily, outrageous MANIPULATION of NOT's share price!!

The Big Boys trade back and forth with each other moving the price up or down as they wish. I gather that manipulation is part of the Big Boy's trading game ,but what they continue to do to NOT's share price is devastating to many small investors. Have the "Hawks " at the TSX closed their eyes?

And why is it we cannot know who trades under the umbrella of "ANONYMOUS", and why are they allowed to do so?
