I am not quick to blame market manipulation but as of today at 1:30 pm I noted the following:

Anonymous - has sold 48% of the NOT stock sold today, 110,000 shares! Then comes CIBC with 36%

To have just two houses responsible for 84% of all the sales is a bit suspicious. All other houses but one were net buyers, splitting the remaining 16% of sold shares.

Market forces tell us that an overabundance of product will drive the price down. And why would someone sell this number of shares at this time, a low point in the stock's life? Especially this large number of shares unless it is to hold the price down? Seems reasonable based on today's action.
