Noront's lab for assays

It was mentioned that the new laboratory setup to give faster turn around would be available for other 'ROF' players. WSR haven't mentioned who's doing their assays and it would be nice to know.

You have to figure that this announce makes the WSR/NOT jv on the property surrounding this strike immediately more valuable.
