They received options priced at $3.90, they have not purchase them at this point so Sum made an error here but easy to do the way these reports are written. The board still priced the options higher than the current SP and since options are carrots to motivate key people in the company, the board must feel that options at this price is already very generous and that they would be perceived as such by these 2 gentleman. If you ask either of them, I bet they are thrilled to have these options at these prices. The market does not realize what NOT has but these guys do!
