2. Is the term "value" above to mean share price or market cap? If NOT believe that their MC is much higher then currently reflected in their SP is it the belief of RN that the new additions to managment can unlock this value to reflect a more accurate SP.

I am getting confused with statements like the above, Rundl. If I am not mistaken the Market Cap

is the stock price multiplied by the # of outstanding shares, the MC is always reflecting the SP and OS, if wrong please correct me, vila.
