I noticed on the NOT drill target map, along the line with Fancamp you can read the comment

"GPS confirmed property boundary."

Maybe this is where PRB and NOT found themselves in follow up discussions. Someone did a GPS reading and found something to be not as expected. Even being off a few yards could be cause for real interest.
