Personally I believe the $20 price estimate was based on DE1 being larger than what is now believed. Reaching $20 still is not out of the question but it depends upon DE2 and perhaps another economic deposit being identified.

$8 is fairly conservative valuation of DE1 and 2 when you add in Windfall. Timing is almost impossible to forecast but by fall we'll see results from Windfall and most certainly other good hits/finds in the ROF.

There seems to be a high percentage of forum members who have dug very deep to add to Noront positions. It's not unreasonable to assume some have been a bit too optimistic expecting speculative gains rather than longer term appreciation. No wonder they're a bit antsy, I sure am.
