Just people waiting for this company to grow(show more of whats in the ground). The fact we have this new group of managers on board, I think, just solidifies our companies credibility and doesn't convince the market we have more than already known.. NOT some time ago had already proven they are real. With this low volume it is all about building the company first than soaring with the eagles when we have fully developed our wings.
