Taking a look at the ROF players today (all red) it is clear that NOT will lead the pack. These management additions are clearly sending a message to the contenders & pretenders out there. No one is going to pull the wool over NOT's eyes now and when we come calling to make a deal park your ego at the door, we have all the ego (and the experience) in our camp.
