Would help if you'd give some reasons?

The main reason for joining with Noront, in my opinion, is two fold.

One is money which junior exploration companies constantly require as it gets burned up quickly. Both reducing burn rate by sharing costs and ability to raise at lowest possible cost. Noront has the support and management to assist jv partners.

Second is knowledge of the geology of the 'ROF' and nobody has the depth of knowledge that Noront has. This knowledge is critical to choosing the best 'targets' and understanding what initial drills can tell about the likely deposit hit on.

Well, maybe a third which would be negotiation with major but that's a long way off for most exploration companies in the ROF.
