Noront uses Biliken Management to run the ROF exploration program and I'm near certain that Noront has fewer full time, on the payroll, staff that most realize. I figure you're looking at 3 Management and 2 support staff. Even PR is jobbed out.

Just look at the last financial statement to see what was paid out for the past 9 months for total office, management and consultants.

THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE because it means Noront is 'lean and mean' with nobody on salary just warming a chair somewhere.
