This is my take on the news from PRB

PRB is confident that they are sitting on a deposit

They are willing to enter a JV with NOT with respect to the deposit (which has yet to be proven)

They would like NOT to include as part of the JV deal land which holds the proven De1 deposit

NOT has told them to go to.....well, you know

All in my opinion of course

Disclosure.....I do own a significant amount of NOT shares and a decent amount of PRB shares as well
