I'd suggest we be careful about making comments about disputed lands when neither of the companies have ever said that they dispute ownership or claim boundries. Until they do it's rumour and gossip.

Now than discussions seem to have broken off we could expect, if there is a problem, to have one or both parties seek abitration or legal redress and then we will know who's problem it is.
