It occurs to me that....

if there is any unpleasantry to be detected between NOT and PRB, it is because PRB revealed, by moving their drill emphasis to another location, that dealings between the two were further than NOT would want known. Being that NOT has worked very hard to keep a tight leash on information, their response concerning PRB was predictable.
