This has been mentioned several times. It may even be down in writing somewhere but my mind is too cluttered to remember where. Even if it were not written down it was tossed around several times as a goal, not a sure thing or a wish.. Now one must look at the players. Lets take WSR one of my favorites. They have accumulated a large amount of land. WSR is in step with Nemis and is part of the plan to control the 80%. Just check WSR and NOT properties and one could see that there is a large amt of land within reach of Noront. Lets move to FWR, SPQ, and many others. Don't think for one second that they are not involved with Nemis. You can see that although there is nothing on paper to say they are consolidated INHO it sure is their plan...Don
