Assuming Noront is worth more by delivering 80% of the ring of fire, and assuming the other juniors would be worth less if Noront were already bought out (not able to justify a mine on their own), I believe an agreement could be worked out among Noront and the other juniors for everyone's maximum sale price, together, all at once. He would therefore be controlling 80% or more of the Ring of Fire. Not necessarily owning but controlling for the purpose of disposition. Goldfinger
