It's not a bad thing to keep in mind because manipulation doesn't work if it only makes you nervous. To really work they have to scare the pants off you. It takes nickel nerves to stay the course and even buy on the retraction in share price.

Just remember there is someone buying those shares for a reason. Likely a lot better reason than the one used by the seller to justify letting go.
