Noront movement is difficult to call but it seems the value investor who will pay a fair price and hold for longer term appreciation is not yet standing in line to buy.

The speculative short termers etc. are lined up but to buy your shares as cheap as possible and will not be willing to pay anywhere near a fair value.

If the games stop we'll see a reluctance to sell and few offers BUT since the speculative buyers won't pay the required price it means LOW volume of trading until news and full confidence returns.

Noront does have value but have a ways to go to prove this to the general market.
