Many more good news to come...Bernard
From Cooper... PRB forum
I tossed a few Qs out for Palmer today and got this reply. I want to also state that regardless of the outcome of this I believe we will make a lot of $$$ by having PRB shares. I picked up a lot more today at .60 to .65 as I believe even if PRB sells the west holdings we will recieve NOT shares in return just for having PRB and we alll know where NOT is heading "think big"
Having said that I would like everyone to re read NOTs last D2 NR in regards to the way the Geos now see the the conduits as having come from the north. Eagle 1 is "within a conduit" that if there assumption of eagle 2 is correct that means the "conduit " starts somewhere in the north eg "PRB" travels through Eagle 1, and south into FNC. There is also the fact we have "outrop" which of course would be where an open pit mine would begin at surface, YESSSS Noront want us, however if I have a vote it will not be for pennies if we are sold. I too would like to see the drill results because I have no doubt of where NOTs eagle 1 came from.
Remember folks collectively "WE" are all the owners of PRB "a public company", and the Directors actions have to reflect that and not just their own best interests, should we not be happy the regulators have to okay any deal so we should have time for a complaint if warranted, however I don't see David and the board upsetting there bread and butter. Mc Faulds is going down in Histoy "be there" you won't need luck.
Cooper.
HI Garry, You can be assured that the circumstances that caused the McFauld’s West project to be postponed were significant, and that the decision to postpone drilling McFauld’s West was not taken lightly. Unfortunately, I cannot answer your specific questions at this time – I simply do not have the answers as these discussions between the two companies have strictly been between their respective boards. As developments occur, shareholders will be apprised immediately. I am reminding all of our shareholders that I communicate with, that the board definitely has the best interests of the shareholders in mind. They have proven this time and time again with the quality and structure of our various financings; the open and honest communications that we have always maintained. I realize that many think that this is not the case in the present situation, but the board has access to a lot more information about this situation and are acting on it appropriately – as developments occur, we all will be updated. Don’t forget, at present, the McFauld’s West project has just been POSTPONED and we are starting the drilling program at Victory which has over 60 conductors and a number of anomalies that are similar to that in which the Eagle ! nickel deposit was found. This in itself could yield tremendous results in the short term and hopefully help take the sting away from the delay in drilling McFauld’s West. Please do not hesitate to contact me and I will update you to the best of my ability. Best Regards,

Subject: Probe/Not Negotiations
Dear Karen:
Regarding the News Release from Not Resources yesterday; the disposition of Probe's West McFauld's Properties
I appreciate that the current negotiations are of a private nature, however, I see no reason why shareholders should not be made aware of what your intentions are. Should the current negotiations be of a successful nature I would ask the following questions:
1) Will shareholders be made aware of any agreement before it is mutually signed?
2) Will shareholders have the option of having a free vote on any potential agreement?
3) What would be a realistic timeline for these negotiations to be completed?
As you are aware, the sales price has taken a severe drop since these talks were made public. Having a knowledge of several other investors' feelings, at this point, they are concerned that the exit of Probe from the McFauld's West central area will potentially cause further losses to the existing sales price. Should the negotiations be favorable, (in a very positive manner and rewarding for shareholders), we feel the venture would then and only then be worthwhile. Please reply at your earliest convenience, thank you in advance.
Regards,
Garry
