Games yes but takeover by buying shares on the open market just not possible. Shareholders right's plan would kick in once a certain percentage of shares were purchased and screw anyone trying that.

Now that's not to say a major couldn't buy on open market up to that percentage. That's just not something we're seeing since that would elevate prices not depress them.
