That just maybe Noront has had to hold back some information so as not to 'show all their cards' during negotiations with FWR and now Probe AND maybe, Fancamp.

No idea if this is a correct assumption but it's a general rule in negotiations that you don't provide the other party with information or anything that could possibly weaken one's position.
