Today PRB BLINKED and WINKED big time. They apparently have an agreement with Noront Resources and now only NEED to get their DD wraped up to allow them to proceed with the AGREEMENT with Noront Resources.

Thus, WE HAVE the makings of the END GAME all but firmly in place now!
