Clue in now big boy.

Probe is now totally depending on Noront Resources. To keep their prospects looking as good as they SHOULD be they are heading to their other property that is not incumbered in a JV. Noront Resources will provide the Technical Expertise to prove up the DE1 area and thus PRB gets to ride the NOT coat Tails for now.
