You have to keep in mind that it is NOT managment that have suddenly changed their mind and moved into more serous negotiations..... the drill would have been on those anomolies this week if NOT had not come back to the table.... Seams the urgency is within the NOT ranks to consolidate the core of the ring.... in an effort to ensure critical mass of high quality resources are found.

The whole is worth more than the sum of a bunch of smaller parts.... Consolidation is the right move.... and the best way to maximize this value for all conserned is under one umbrella..... thus PRB taking NOT paper is the best way to enhance shareholder value on both sides of this negotiation..JMHO
