And as you would recall, forcing the Exercise of the Warrants back in Sept., 2007 has the same POSITIVE effect as does the Forced Acceleration in Exercise of the New Issue Warrants in Feb., 2008. And that POSITIVE effect is that the Warrants can not be used as insurance for those willing to Short the Stock. No Warrants in hand, no Insurance against the SP Moving against your Short Position in the Stock>
