There is one part of your post that I don't agree with. You said,

"I would think it is safe to say, Rhodium, Osmium etc. is no longer a factor in the valuation.

Noront's answer today said,

"Then we started having trouble with the analytical labs providing analysis that would pass the QA/QC program in place. We have not asked the lab to go over the anomalous Pt, Pd samples and re-assay for Rhodium at this point. This can be done at anytime we choose as the labs have sample pulps left for any additional analysis that we may ask for.

I think Rhodium etc. is still a factor. I think management is confident that the assays from Hole #5 give a good indication of the potential, but proving it at this time is just not a priority, due to the above "trouble".
