I'm not sure of your point and I don't recall any legal opinions being given. Perhaps you are reading in more than was said. In addition, I'm not sure you have been a member here long enough, or have had direct dealings with management to understand what we have been experiencing here. I stand by my comments and see no legal transgressions. No accusations or allegations of impropriety has been made against any parties involved. Simply stated, there has been a reinterpretation of the information dissemination protocol for NOT and the SH's are having to adjust to it.
